Our backgrounds are predominantly in Product Design, Development and Customer Support, specifically relating to systems, hardware,
software and test engineering. Additionally, we have significant experience managing departments that are
responsible for developing production ready products. We have demonstrated this ability, many times,
maintaining high levels of success.
As managers our duties have included: starting up operations, growing and rebuilding organizations,
managing departments day to day while continuously improving productivity and morale. Our organizational
responsibilities have included functions such as; firmware, software and test tool development; component,
integration and system test; technical documentation; customer support and project management.
We have technical experiences that include: Software Development (all levels, many systems), System Design
(planning, specification, etc.), System Test and Documentation.
Additionally, as independent consultants, we have performed in roles that include: Technical Investigations,
Feasibility Studies, System Recovery, Litigation Support and Business Development.

Skill Set Summary |

We write software that works; from BIOS code to Database enabled Web Pages. We have experience in Assembly
Language, C#, VB, on platforms that include, x86 and others. We also have experience with many Web related
languages, including HTML, JavaScript, ASP, ASP.NET, CGI/Perl, and databases such as SQL and MS
Access.
Systems Engineering: We can specify, design, document, implement and test deliverables from standalone
systems to web enabled, multi-server, LAN/WAN Networked systems. We can transform a concept into a
workable project, consisting of a concise set of quantifiable deliverables, and then deliver this project to
production ready status. We believe that nothing works better than a well thought out plan.
We have experience with many Networking Technologies including:
Software; Windows 2000 Server, XP-Pro, Linux, Exchange, and SQL.
Equipment; switches, routers, firewalls, etc.
Connection Technologies; T-1, DSL, Road Runner, and wireless communications links.
Telephony systems including Definity and Altigen PBXs
Management: We can analyze, manage, or create/startup an organization, whose function is, related to any or all
aspects of Systems Engineering. We have experience managing organizations as large as 400 people, including
Corporate Project Management, responsible for “Go – No Go” decisions on new products.
Our education and experience have provided us with an extensive trouble-shooting capability.
Our strengths include: Experience, Dedication, Focus and Teamwork. We learn quickly, identify issues rapidly,
take judgment appropriately, and produce results.
